Dick Baxley

Dick, a native of Los Angeles, began his professional career in Commercial Real Estate sales in 1971 after earning a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara. As owner and manager of offices with as many as 20 full-time commercial agents, he has combined his academic knowledge with the real world of real estate sales. Dick has earned the respected professional designations of CPM (1976) and CCIM (1991) as recognition of his ability to put that knowledge and experience to work for his clients.
As past Chairman of the entire Coachella Valley Commercial Investment Marketing Group (1991-1995), he has access to excellent working relationships with every Broker involved in commercial transactions. Dick specializes in land and investment grade property sales throughout the Coachella Valley. His expertise in facilitating and closing transactions is unparalleled in the marketplace.

Matthew Longstreth
President/CEO

Matthew, a Palm Desert native, studied abroad at Cambridge University in England and completed his studies at Cal State Long Beach where he majored in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing.
Matthew received his Salespersons License in 2001 and began a successful six-year run in the residential mortgage industry, where he was awarded loan officer of the year two years in a row.
Matthew has been with Baxley Properties, Inc. since 2007 and has had great success in the sales, leasing and marketing of multiple properties. Because Matthew was raised in Palm Desert, he possesses an inherent knowledge of The Coachella Valley and all of its subtle nuances amongst the arid terrain. This knowledge will be an invaluable resource on the journey to closing any real estate transaction.

John Marshall

A native of Pennsylvania, John Marshall attended Penn State University prior to relocating to California in 1978 and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. His experience includes 30 plus years of real estate sales, specializing in commercial/industrial properties for users and investors as well as land acquisitions. John also has over two years of commercial banking experience with Bank of America.

Irene DiVito

Irene specializes in all aspects of client-driven commercial real estate including investments, sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail projects. A USC graduate, she has over 30 years of business experience in senior executive management, having owned a community newspaper, a full-service marketing agency, and co-authored two published marketing books. For several years prior to joining Baxley Properties, Inc., she was a personal business assistant to Lee Iacocca and vice president of two of his enterprises.
Utilizing her strategic planning and entrepreneurial skills, she provides her clients with unique customized solutions for every aspect of their commercial real estate experience.

Brandon Bedwell

Mr. Worzack has over 29 years of experience in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate. B.J. specializes in Investments, Management, Development and Leasing. B.J. is an avid golfer, football fan, and yoga practitioner.

Tony Shepherd

After attending Temple University in Philadelphia, where he is originally from, Tony relocated to California in 1962 and began his career as a principal with Firestone Investments (a money-management firm for high-net-worth individuals).
In 1980, he formed his own company, Pegasus Developments, which focused mainly on single family and condominium development in the Bay Area. In March 1999 he joined Baxley Properties, Inc. and divides his time between available residential/commercial land and the sale of commercial/industrial buildings.

Donna was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. She spent 20 years in the Detroit Michigan area before moving to Palm Desert in 2007.
She has spent over 30 years in construction accounting, management and service.
In her near-decade with Baxley Properties, she has proven her abilities in the management industry with her accounting knowledge, organizational skills and eye for detail. Donna, along with her assistant, Michael Hernandez, has grown our management division from six properties in 2011 to 24 properties to date, and counting. Multitasking is her strong suit!

Pamela Lombard
Assistant Property Manager
Pamela has lived in Palm Desert her entire life and knows everyone and

years experience as a property manager primarily working in residential
HOA.
Pamela was with The Management Trust as a portfolio manager
and also worked as an on-site property manager at Deep Canyon Tennis

Randall Blaesi

Randall Blaesi, ASA, SR/WA, MRICS graduated in 1971 with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Santa Clara University. Randy’s father was an appraiser, real estate broker and mortgage broker. Randy began his professional real estate career in 1972, working for his father. Randy obtained his real estate salesperson’s license in 1988. He has also been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1972, providing appraisals and consulting for all types of properties. Randy has over 50 years of experience in real estate, including consulting, commercial appraisal and eminent domain appraisal. He is a licensed appraiser in California.
