For over thirty-five years, Don has been successfully active in Real Estate Development in Southern California. This experience has included residential, commercial, and industrial development. Don has been responsible for area management for both The Don Bren Company and The William Lyon Company in Los Angeles and Orange County.
In 1964 Prelude Development Company was established as a sole proprietorship. Numerous projects in many categories of development were completed and successfully sold. In the late 1980's Don’s emphases shifted to project management and consultation on special projects. Don’s background is very strong in the fields of project management, Real Estate Development, and engineering. Don’s paramount concern is the timely completion within budget of each project. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in engineering from the University of Michigan (class of ‘45 and ‘47); has three married children; and resides in Palm Desert, CA.
